Our cancellation policy states that if a participant is unable to attend their appointment or requires their booking to be rescheduled, ThriveWell must be notified at least 3 clear business days' prior to their booking to avoid being charged the 100% scheduled fee.
In the event of a no-show to a scheduled appointment, ThriveWell will make all attempts to contact the participant. ThriveWell will charge 100% of the scheduled fee for a service if the participant does not attend the booking or cancel within less than 3 clear business days'.
Where the participant is unable to attend planned appointments, ThriveWell has the right to review the agreement in line with the participants' inability to comply with the expectations under the service agreement. Cancellation of the agreement may be enacted and must be reasonable and comply with all applicable laws (e.g. the Australian Consumer Law).
